CRM Integration Architect III

MARS Solutions Group is looking for a CRM Integration Architect III . Our client is a leading state/government agency looking for high-quality talent to make a difference. They are known to respect a traditional work week and often extend contracts for added job security and stability.
Interview Process: 1st round virtual and 2nd round IN-PERSON.
Onsite or Remote? Candidates must be WI residents or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role. Requested that candidate comes on-site for first few weeks. Schedule can then be flexible to allow for hybrid and/or remote work (hybrid work would be ideal). Candidates will be required to provide proof of WI residency if relocating.
Top Required Skills & Years of Experience (Please see attached job description for full list):
- Salesforce platform architecture and development experience. (8+ years)
- Strong experience with Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, Integration Patterns, and Security Model. (8+ years)
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Any point Platform, APIs, RAML, Data Weave, and integration orchestration. (8+ years)
- Experience integrating AWS Connect with Salesforce Service Cloud or customer engagement platforms. (8+ years)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Public sector or government implementation experience.
- Experience with large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Knowledge of customer service operations and contact center modernization.
- Experience supporting Agile and DevSecOps delivery methodologies.
Project details:
The ideal candidate will lead enterprise-scale solution design, integration strategy, cloud architecture, DevSecOps alignment, and customer engagement transformation initiatives. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, solution governance, and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
