Sr. Programmer Analyst Mainframe

Job Responsibilities Implement and customize applications using Microsoft .NET Core, .NET Framework, and Angular 18 or Blazor for UI Design, develop, and maintain solutions leveraging C#, Visual Studio 2022 , and SQL Server Management Studio. Collaborate with business analysts and co-developers to design application architecture and features.

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements: Years Required/Preferred Experience 10 Required Proficiency in ASP.NET Framework. Proficiency in ASP.NET Core for building RESTful APIs. 10 Required Experience with SQL Server and database design, entity framework, schema design, stored procedures, SSRS 10 Required 10 Experience with evolving UI technologies starting from HTML, Typescript, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Blazor, react 7 Required Experience with Entity Framework Core for ORM-based database operations. 5 Required Strong knowledge of unit testing frameworks and tools. Proficiency in writing unit tests using Unit framework. 5 Required Strong Architecture design skills for implementing project from scratch. Must reflect this in the last 3 years of exp 3 Required SSIS Packages, cron jobs, schedulers, background jobs maintenance. 3 Required Familiarity with Angular CLI, Angular Material, and RxJS. 3 Required Designing responsive and ADA compliant websites. Understands ADA 508 implementations. 2 Required Familiarity with Dynatrace, Windows Server troubleshooting, event logs for performance monitoring. 1 Preferred Arc GIS Software 1 Preferred Department of Education would be helpful to understand the domain.
