JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities: Oversee the management of finances, budgeting, and organizational procurement, including ensuring applicable policy compliance. Oversee the management of information technology, both internal network infrastructure as well as key softwaresolutions for supporting ministry. Oversee the management and care of all property and facilities. Oversee the administration of all human resource functions for the support and management of staff. Work directly with the Lead Pastor and/or Executive Pastor to shape vision and strategy for those areas of responsibilitywithin the Operations Department. Directly lead, manage, and hold accountable all Operations staff in carrying out established vision and strategy. Ensure the effiective building, training, and leading of required volunteer teams. Build and manage the Operations budget and ensure its proper stewardship. Track key performance indicators and conduct regular reviews to drive continuous improvement.
