We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Project Coordinator to help drive projects from order placement through delivery and completion. What You’ll Do Coordinate residential and multi‑unit appliance projects from start to finish. Track project timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules. Communicate daily with vendors, installers, warehouse, sales, and customers. Verify order accuracy, inventory availability, and readiness for delivery. Proactively identify risks, delays, or issues and escalate solutions quickly. Manage documentation including purchase orders, confirmations, and job files. Schedule deliveries, installations, and service appointments. Support billing and invoicing accuracy. Maintain accurate project updates in company systems. Ensure a smooth, white‑glove experience for clients and partners. What Makes You a Great Fit Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, logistics, construction, appliances, or related field. Experience managing multiple schedules and priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams). ERP/CRM or order management system experience preferred. High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
