Service Technician Position Summary The Service Technician delivers exceptional customer service during scheduled maintenance appointments by inspecting for pest activity, providing effective treatment solutions, and building lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements. Inspect properties for signs of pest activity, identify treatment needs, and recommend appropriate solutions. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating with the office as needed. Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality. Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation. Qualifications and Requirements 1+ year of customer service experience preferred. Must be 21 years of age or older. Possess a valid driver’s license and at least 3 consecutive years of driving history. Must be able to operate a company vehicle as an essential function. Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided). Physical Demands and Working Requirements Capable of regularly lifting up to 50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting; must be able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions. Requires clear vision, ability to stand for long periods, manage repetitive motions, and use safety gear. Exposure to pesticides, chemicals, pests, mold, allergens, and structural hazards. Moderate noise level. Reasonable accommodations may be provided. Benefits Competitive hourly base pay of $18.00 with additional compensation opportunities. Weekly pay every Friday.
