Responsibilities
- Under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist, implement treatment plans for residents in a long-term care setting.
- Deliver therapy interventions focused on activities of daily living, fine motor skills, cognitive tasks, and upper-extremity ROM as prescribed.
- Monitor resident progress, document responses to therapy, and communicate updates to the OT and interdisciplinary care team.
- Assist residents with therapy activities, ensuring safety, dignity, and appropriate positioning during sessions.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory and facility policies.
- Contribute to discharge planning and patient education as part of the rehabilitative process.

Requirements
- Active Montana Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license or eligibility to practice
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification
- Ability to work the Days shift in a 13-week travel assignment
- Experience providing COTA services under OT supervision
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting and collaborate with the OT and care staff; willingness to adhere to facility policies and documentation requirements
