Our Midtown Manhattan office is expanding, and we're hiring motivated individuals to join our team. This is a face-to-face customer service position working directly with business clients in a professional B2B environment. It is not a call center, front desk, receptionist, or technical support position.

No previous customer service experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed from day one.

What You'll Do

• Conduct scheduled face-to-face meetings with business clients
• Build professional relationships by providing exceptional customer service
• Learn about each client's needs and recommend programs and services that best fit their business
• Answer client questions with a solution-focused approach
• Follow up with clients to ensure a positive experience and long-term satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and customer interactions
• Participate in training sessions, daily coaching, and team development meetings
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve individual and office goals
