Job Overview - RN Clinical Manager
Compensation: $65/hour
Location: Bronx, NY (In-Office)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM


TAG MedStaffing is hiring an RN Clinical Manager in Bronx, NY for our client, supporting care coordination, clinical oversight, and program operations within a managed care setting. This temporary role focuses on supervising clinical staff, ensuring quality care delivery, and coordinating interdisciplinary services across a diverse patient population. The position offers the opportunity to lead clinical initiatives and drive patient outcomes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.


Responsibilities as the RN Clinical Manager:

• Care Coordination: Oversee development and execution of individualized care plans to improve patient outcomes.
• Team Leadership: Supervise clinical staff and manage daily operations to ensure effective service delivery.
• Clinical Oversight: Monitor patient records, assessments, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Facilitate team meetings and coordinate care across multiple providers and services.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct chart reviews and audits to maintain regulatory compliance and high standards of care.
• Crisis Management: Respond to escalations, manage incidents, and ensure timely resolution and documentation.

Qualifications for the RN Clinical Manager:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State is required.
• Experience: 2+ years of management experience in home care, managed care, or a related healthcare setting is required.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in managed long term care and care coordination is required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in clinical documentation systems and Microsoft Office is required.
• Skills & Attributes: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities are required.
