Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee our Starbucks and Prendi locations, ensuring a positive culture and exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities Support and mentor the team. Provide outstanding guest service. Consistently communicate positivity (“Yes,” “Thank you”). Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling and retention. Evaluate and develop processes to maintain and improve performance and productivity. Assist with maintaining health, safety and sanitation standards. Coaching and development of venue staff. Administer progressive discipline and attendance points according to company policy. Define employee standards of conduct and ensure compliance. Manage day‑to‑day operations, including floor management, staff management and the guest experience. Understand P&L analysis and develop processes to maintain and improve performance. Assist with creation and maintenance of procedural protocol for venue operations. Liaise with and assist other SAHARA Las Vegas teams. Promote SAHARA Las Vegas’ positive culture. Qualifications Exceptional personality, attitude, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Polished, professional, friendly, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment. 2+ years of hospitality industry experience (education considered). Strong sense of urgency for completing responsibilities/tasks. Superior organizational and follow‑up skills with extreme attention to detail. Proficient in email, PC, and Internet skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Dedication and willingness to go above and beyond in a hospitality‑driven environment.
