Cost Accounting ManagerResponsibilities:1) Working in a standard cost environment2) Implementing and/or controlling:a. Bills of materialb. Shop floor controlc. Routingsd. Automated labor trackinge. Inventory valuation/controlf. Labor & overhead rate analysisg. Product costingh. Variance analysisi. Financial reporting3) Coordination and management of costing system at multiple locations4) Traveling to other locations and corporate headquarters as required5) Directly managing multi-department process, including accounting, engineering, sales, manufacturing, purchasingRequirements:1) Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.2) 5 + years of accounting/finance experience, with major emphasis on cost accounting, working in a standard cost environment.3) Ability to collaborate with, and take charge of a multi-person team.4) Work experience in a manufacturing company, preferably specializing in metal fabrication.5) Experience in industrial engineering desirableAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
