Night Transit Outreach Specialist (NYC)
RadNet, Inc.
RadNet, Inc. is seeking an Outreach Specialist to engage with individuals experiencing chronic homelessness and provide hands-on support. You will conduct street-based outreach in transit locations, connect clients to housing and health services, and document interactions as you work across NYC transit hubs. This full-time, field-based role offers 37.5 hours/week with day, evening, and overnight shifts. Training in harm reduction and Housing First is provided, along with tuition assistance and #J-18808-Ljbffr RadNet, Inc.
