Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Full-Time | Longview, TXH2 Health Kids, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatric team. Our team is committed to empowering children and families through evidence-based treatment and compassionate support.Your RoleConduct behavioral assessments, functional behavior assessments, and treatment planning.Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs based on evidence-based practices.Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to BCaBAs, RBTs, and other team members as appropriate.Analyze treatment data and make clinical recommendations to maximize patient outcomes.Collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.Deliver caregiver training to support skill generalization and long-term success.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company, payer, and regulatory standards.Promote a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
