What You'll Do as a Staffing Recruiter Source, screen, and match candidates with job opportunities. Build strong pipelines through phone, text, email, social media, and in-person outreach. Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make hiring recommendations. Maintain compliance with staffing regulations, background checks, and company policies. Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and recommend solutions. Process weekly payroll and manage personnel records. The Preferred Candidate Might Have 1-2 years of experience in staffing, customer service, or a fast-paced environment. Be highly organized and able to multitask effectively. Possess strong communication and relationship-building skills. Be proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite.
