Packaging Operator Opportunity

Twin City Staffing is hiring packaging operators for a growing manufacturing company in Rockford, MN! This is a great entry-level opportunity for candidates looking to build hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment. If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn new skills, apply today! Location: Rockford, MN Wage: $19.00 per hour Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday

Duties of the packaging operator:

Pick, pack, weigh, and label products accurately
Prepare shipments according to customer orders
Maintain organized inventory and work areas
Operate palletizers and warehouse equipment as needed
Scan and sort incoming and outgoing materials
Complete shipping and production documentation
Assist with general warehouse and packaging tasks

Requirements of the packaging operator:

High school diploma or GED
Basic understanding of packaging and shipping procedures
Forklift experience is a plus
Pass background check and drug test
