About The Program

Aqua Research Institute LLC, in partnership with Boson Health, is proud to launch a structured summer internship program designed to provide foreign medical graduates, master's students in clinical research, and transitioning professionals with a comprehensive, real-world learning experience in clinical trial site operations.

Interns will gain first-hand exposure to the daily workings of a high-performing research site and mentorship from experienced leaders in the field. This program is part of our commitment to supporting women from South Asian backgrounds and underrepresented groups in STEM.

• Site Introduction Overview
• Clinical Trial Lifecycle Training
• Study Start-Up Documentation (IRB, ICF, Regulatory Binders)
• Patient Recruitment & Retention Strategies
• CRA Visit Shadowing Opportunities
• EHR & Source Documentation Exposure
• Sponsor/CRO Communication Templates
• Mock Delegation Logs, Site Feasibility, and Budgeting Basics
• Blinding Plans and Study-Specific Training Logs
• Certificate of Completion & Letter of Recommendation (upon request)

Eligibility Criteria

• Foreign Medical Graduates (FMGs)
• Master's in clinical research or public health students
