Casino BartenderUnder general supervision, obtains guest' beverage orders, ensures accurate and timely service of all orders by working with bar personnel. Maintains the cleanliness of the casino bars and ensures adequate stock levels of supplies. Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar and bitters, to prepare cocktails and other drinks.Adhere to company policy by measuring all drinks using either the Berg system or a Jigger.Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.Participates in liquor pull ensuring compliance with all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations.Adhere to rules pertaining to Caesars Rewards card membership while working in Lounge.Monitors guest consumption of alcohol by providing responsible alcohol service.Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment. Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays. Cleans bars, work areas and tables.Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.Operates a cash register/POS system, ringing proper amounts into the register.Performs other duties as assigned by management.What You Will NeedMust be at least 21-years of age.Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming license.Must be able to obtain and maintain responsible alcohol service certification.Ability to work in a team environment and under stress as the volume of business increases.Ability to stand and walk for 8 to 12- hour shifts.Must be physically mobile with or without a reasonable accommodation.Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
