Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven RV General Manager to lead our dealership operations. This hands-on leadership role involves overseeing all departmentsincluding sales, service, parts, and financeto ensure operational excellence, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and manage day-to-day dealership operations
Lead, motivate, and mentor department managers and staff
Drive sales and revenue growth across all departments
Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet targets
Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and service delivery
Maintain strong vendor and manufacturer relationships
Oversee inventory management and pricing strategies
Uphold compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications:
Proven experience in RV, automotive, or similar dealership management
Strong leadership and team development skills
Ability to analyze data and drive performance metrics
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of F&I processes, inventory systems, and CRM software is a plus
High school diploma required; college degree or RVDA certifications preferred
