Construction Project Manager

$75 - $85 per hour

job summary:
Construction Project Manager opportunity located in Fort Bragg, NC. This position will be responsible to drive high-impact federal energy initiatives and ead complex Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC). The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of expertise in mechanical systems, boilers, and building automation, alongside key safety and quality control certifications.

responsibilities:

Oversee full lifecycle execution of Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC) at Fort Bragg, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Manage installation, integration, and performance of complex mechanical systems, boilers, and building automation systems (BAS).
Enforce strict site safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance adhering to CQM, OSHA 30, and EM 385-1-1 standards.
Coordinate daily on-site operations, subcontractors, and federal stakeholders to maintain clear communication and project alignment.
