Project Manager

Lead and manage a large-scale microgrid construction project from project initiation through closeout.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.
Review and process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve project challenges.
Assist with project pricing, procurement efforts, and cost management activities.
Track project financials and provide regular project status updates.
Ensure compliance with federal and military construction standards and requirements.
Maintain strong client relationships while driving successful project execution.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
5+ years of Project Management experience within the construction industry.
2-3+ years of experience supporting federal or military construction projects.
Experience managing projects for organizations such as USACE, NAVFAC, DoD, or similar federal agencies.
General Contractor (GC) background.
Experience with energy infrastructure, utility, microgrid, or power-related projects.


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Active Security Clearance.
Previous experience working on projects at Fort Bragg
Procore, RMS (Resident Management System), Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite
