Regional Sales Manager

Driving new business sales, the full-time Regional Sales Manager will manage the full sales lifecycle, converting prospects into customers while working remotely and traveling as needed. Key responsibilities Lead the full sales cycle within an assigned territory, meeting or exceeding sales quotas Conduct qualification and discovery to assess prospective client needs and deliver product demonstrations Manage a pipeline of leads, building strong relationships and providing timely follow-up throughout the sales cycle Required qualifications Experience in Ophthalmology software sales or significant experience in a healthcare practice Proven experience in business development and managing full-cycle sales processes Bachelor's degree Strong relationship management skills with a customer-first approach Willingness and ability to travel 10-20% for trade shows and meetings
