Chippenham Hospital is seeking compassionate, motivated new graduate RNs for our New Grad RN Residency. This structured program supports your transition from student to professional nurse in a full-service, patient-centered medical center. Under the guidance of experienced preceptors, you will provide direct bedside care, complete thorough assessments, administer medications, and document in our EHR. You will rotate through key clinical areas, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in classroom education, simulation, and mentoring.
