Investment Banking Associate

Our client is building AI-powered tools that let bankers spend less time on decks and models and more time closing deals - and they're looking for someone to help lead that shift. You'll work directly with the founding team, who've closed more than $15 billion in M&A transactions at top investment banks. From day one, you're in every stage of the deal: due diligence, buyer strategy, negotiations, closing - not just support work. Top performers get to lead their own transactions and help shape the firm's next chapter, including the product itself. What you'll do Run sell-side M&A deals from prep through close, using proprietary AI tools for marketing materials, buyer lists, and diligence Work directly with business owners and sophisticated buyers Build your own network of strategic buyers and PE firms in your vertical Shape the technology transforming how these deals get done What we're looking for 2-3 years in investment banking or transaction advisory Deal experience with industrial businesses is ideal Sharp valuation and execution skills, comfort with messy data An entrepreneurial streak and excitement about AI's role in banking The role is Chicago-based and in office, candidates already based in the Chicago area will #J-18808-Ljbffr
