Client Relations Manager

Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for a Client Relations Manager, Facilities & Office Services to join a hospitality services client supporting a financial services account in Richmond, VA. This individual will oversee day-to-day facilities, office services, hospitality, mail, and workplace operations while leading a team of four and overseeing 2 small satellite offices. This is a fully onsite role requiring 5 days a week onsite. Responsibilities Lead a 4-person team across facilities, hospitality, mail, and office services. Oversee daily workplace operations, service tickets, and facilities requests. Manage office moves, maintenance needs, and workplace projects. Ensure pantries, conference rooms, shared spaces, and supplies are maintained. Manage vendors, renewals, quotes, and service performance. Oversee daily facility rounds and tracking through workplace systems. Serve as the main escalation point for client and service issues. Support two satellite offices remotely. Coach the team, maintain morale, and drive accountability. Identify opportunities to improve workplace operations and service delivery. Required Skills 3+ years of people management experience within facilities, workplace services, or office services, hospitality Experience working in professional services and leading frontline teams Comfortable working within ticketing and work order systems, ideally Ivanti Strong facilities and office services knowledge with the ability to assess requests and determine priority #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
