PRN OB/GYN Laborist The University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center (UM BWMC) is seeking a dedicated, skilled, and collaborative PRN OB/GYN Laborist to join our growing Women's Health team in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive hospital-based obstetric care, including labor management and delivery coverage Evaluate, diagnose, and manage obstetric patients in a high‑acuity inpatient setting Collaborate closely with physicians, Certified Nurse Midwives, nursing staff, anesthesiologists, pediatricians, and multidisciplinary teams Perform emergency obstetric procedures as clinically indicated Deliver high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered care Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and clinical excellence Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Eligible for unrestricted Maryland medical licensure Strong interest in hospital-based obstetric practice Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care Experience collaborating with Certified Nurse Midwives is preferred Compensation Competitive PRN compensation: $150/hour (Traditional Laborist) Paid malpractice coverage About UM BWMC UM BWMC is a leading community hospital with 285 licensed beds, more than 3,200 employees, and over 800 physicians.
