Overview Supervisors need to be able to handle daily service with passion, integrity and knowledge all while embodying and promoting Love, Energy and Food. The expectation of CFH Supervisors is to lead and work alongside all Team Members during peak hours as well as provide support and direction to guests, by anticipating their needs. Responsibilities Verify and correct where necessary, that all products are stored and prepared based on the Craft Food Halls standards. Promote a positive working environment for all by embodying CFH culture. Maintain a positive work environment for other Team Members. Create an exceptional experience for all guests. Lead the setup of areas where catering events are occurring (if applicable) Partner with the Management Team to ensure an open line of communication. Qualifications Multitasking Ability to work as part of a team Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills Has the ability to work in and handle a fast-paced environment. Ability to convey information effectively Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work. Ability to problem solve Accountability Eagerness for listening to ideas, questions, and feedback. Eagerness for sharing ideas, asking questions, and providing feedback. An amiable personality and confidence interacting with people. Honesty, transparency, and trustworthiness. Compensation The "lead bartender" job roll will be $15/hour plus tips and the supervisor rate will be $25/hour without tips. #J-18808-Ljbffr
