Don't wait... apply today!Role DescriptionTOP 5 REQUIRED SKILLS:Previous experience working with a Semiconductor Manufacturing company (AMD, Micron, Qualcomm, etc.)Hands-on recruiting experience, especially for technical rolesStrong ability to take a consultative approach to helping managers with the selection of candidates and configuring of rolesFamiliarity with Workday Recruiting or other ATS and exposure to AI tools to aide in recruiting productivityStrong understanding of high-volume and fast paced recruiting and hiring.TECHNOLOGY PROFICIENCIES:PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES:Experience with global or distributed teamsPrior experience supporting large scale recruiting initiativesJob DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES:Source qualified technical candidates using various internet databases, internal tools, social media, and job boardsConduct pre-screening interviews and assess candidate experienceDraft offer letters aligned with market and business needsCoordinate interview debriefs with internal and client teams, sharing feedback on roadblocks and market trendsEnsure an engaging and positive candidate experienceQUALIFICATIONS:Technical sourcing and recruiting experienceStrong focus on sourcing Hardware EngineersProficient in recruiting on LinkedInSkilled in candidate sourcing through diverse databases and outreach toolsSelf-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced settingExperience drafting offer letters is a plusPrevious work in corporate talent acquisition or fast-growing startups is beneficialLOCATION: Remote within the Continental US. First week will be onsite with Marvell paying and arranging travel.HOURS: Need flexibility to support stakeholders in various steps of processCONVERSION PLANNING: Not in this role, however there will be visibility to other teams that could net an opportunityINTERVIEW FORMATTING: 2-3 panel interviews.
