Job Description

Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion within the mixed commercial sector. Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure alignment with goals. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management. Resolve project-related issues and implement effective solutions to maintain project momentum. Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to contractual obligations. Foster strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • A proven background in construction project management within the mixed commercial sector.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and construction industry standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
