Quality Manager

Job Title: Quality Manager The Quality Manager is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and improving quality systems to ensure product and component compliance. This role oversees inspection processes, supplier quality, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 and BRC standards. Responsibilities Establish inspection processes for manufactured and purchased products. Define in-process and final inspection requirements. Maintain statistical quality data and analyze for process improvements. Conduct internal audits for compliance with quality plans. Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions. Manage returned goods and determine disposition. Establish vendor quality standards and evaluate supplier performance. Train personnel on quality procedures and ensure consistency. Evaluate new products, processes, and equipment for quality impact. Disposition non-conforming materials. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and BRC standards. Implement preventive actions to reduce defects. Perform other duties as required. Essential Skills Problem Solving: Analyze quality data and implement corrective actions. Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of ISO systems and inspection methods. Communication: Collaborate across departments and suppliers. Leadership: Guide teams in maintaining quality standards. Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in inspections and reporting. Additional Skills & Qualifications Degree from an accredited college or institution. 7+ years of quality experience. Vast knowledge of ISO certification and processes. Experience with inspection tools, internal audits, injection mold, gauge, and tight tolerances. Familiarity with PPAP, CAPA, and non-conforming materials. Work Environment Employees work in clean, well-lit, and ventilated environments. The role requires stamina due to standing and light-to-moderate lifting throughout the shift. Work is performed near high-speed machines, and safety equipment is required. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Racine, WI. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
