Maintenance Manager

Our client, a global leader in specialty alloys serving aerospace, defense, medical, and energy markets, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at their McBee, SC facility. This is a high-visibility leadership role for a results-driven maintenance professional who thrives on improving equipment reliability, maximizing production uptime, developing teams, and driving continuous improvement. What You'll Do Lead safety, reliability, and maintenance excellence across the facility Drive preventive, predictive, and TPM-based maintenance programs Improve equipment uptime, performance, and process capability Lead maintenance teams, contractors, and capital improvement projects Implement Lean, 6S, and continuous improvement initiatives Manage spare parts, maintenance planning, and vendor partnerships What You Bring 5+ years in manufacturing with maintenance leadership experience Experience supporting heavy industrial equipment and reliability programs Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, SAP, and maintenance best practices Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills Passion for developing teams and driving operational excellence Why Join Us?
