Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, MS Certifications: ACLS(Copy needed)

BLS(Copy needed)

CERT-NIH Stroke Scale(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history 1 year of Level 1 or Level ll experience - Minimum of 2 previous travel assignments completed - Post-surgical drains - Central line care/maintenance - Foley insertion - G tubes/J tubes/NG tubes/PEG tubes - IV medication administration/IV push - Wound care - O2 therapy

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Experience: - Epic - Telemetry experience
