Event Marketing Manager

Create pre-event, live-event, and post-event marketing strategies for each show Manage campaign timelines tied to hard event deadlines Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, show organizers, and cross-functional teams to promote services and special promotions Apply audience segmentation and community engagement to reach collectors and hobby audiences Plan onsite execution, including signage deadlines, print production, installation schedules, and attendee flow Measure engagement, lead generation, traffic, conversion, event attendance, and ROI Collect data and apply it to marketing strategy Report on methods and results for customer acquisition and retention after shows Champion company policies, including safety, attendance, and security Report to the Manager, Events Requirements Experience supporting conventions, trade shows, festivals, sports/collectibles events, gaming events, or experiential activations At least 2-3 years' experience working in a marketing agency Experience using CRM platforms and project management software Comfortable working in fast-paced onsite environments with shifting priorities Calm under pressure and able to pivot quickly Collaborative with other departments and self-directed A valid, unexpired passport is required to apply Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in creating and executing marketing strategies for events, including audience segmentation and community engagement.
