Senior Analyst, In-Park Revenue Analytics & Strategy

What You Get To Do As the Senior Analyst, In-Park Revenue Analytics & Strategy , you will play a key role in driving data informed decision-making to shape revenue growth initiatives across our in-park business. You will analyze guest behavior, pricing, promotional effectiveness, and sales data to identify actionable insights that optimize revenue strategies across Food & Beverage, Retail, Ancillary, and Zoo operations. Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Analytics & Strategy, this is a highly collaborative, analytical role focused on turning data into business value. Analyze in-park revenue data to identify trends, track key performance indicators (e.g., Revenue Per Capita), and provide actionable insights. Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track performance across revenue streams. Support the development and refinement of pricing strategies, product mix evaluations, and promotional effectiveness assessments. Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business cases and strategic initiatives. Assist in managing vendor tools and systems that support analytics and BI reporting. Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Marketing, and Park Operations to support revenue optimization initiatives. Contribute to financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning efforts. Support data governance and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of analytics outputs. What It Takes To Succeed Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields: Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines. A Master’s degree is a plus. 2–4 years of experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, pricing strategy, or revenue management — ideally in a consumer-facing industry (e.g., theme parks, hospitality, retail, or entertainment). Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, BigQuery, Excel, and other analytical tools; experience with Alteryx, SAC, or similar platforms is a plus. Strong financial and analytical skills, including experience with data modeling and scenario analysis. Familiarity with pricing, promotions, and consumer behavior analytics. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights. Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
