We are seeking a dynamic, seasoned and strategic Director of Finance & Strategy to join our leadership team in the manufacturing industry. This individual will play a pivotal role in the strategic decision-making processes as we continue to enhance our business operations and customer offerings. The successful candidate will be an experienced professional with a proven track record in managing finance, strategy, and cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role will work closely with the CEO, Board, and PE Firm, ensuring alignment with business priorities and driving financial performance.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive the company's financial planning and strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
2. Lead the development and execution of robust financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
3. Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, providing insightful financial analysis and guidance.
4. Oversee M&A activities, including due diligence, valuation, and integration.
5. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial performance and operational efficiency.
6. Manage communication with PE Firm, ensuring transparency and alignment on financial performance and strategic initiatives.
7. Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive operational efficiency and enhance customer offerings.
8. Present financial results and strategic recommendations to the Board, providing insights and guidance on business performance and opportunities.
9. Drive the implementation and optimization of financial systems, including PE and NETSUIT.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in driving financial strategy and managing cross-functional initiatives.
4. Strong knowledge of financial systems, including PE and NETSUIT. Experience with Power BI is a plus.
5. Demonstrated experience in M&A activities, including due diligence, valuation, and integration.
6. Proven ability to develop robust financial models to support strategic decision-making.
7. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive alignment and execution across teams.
8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to a diverse range of stakeholders.
9. Experience in working with a PE Firm and Board, with a strong understanding of business priorities and strategic initiatives.
10. Ability to act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, providing insightful financial analysis and guidance.
