Job Purpose: Maintain financial records by establishing accounts and posting transactions. Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and reporting processes. Responsibilities: Develop systems for financial transactions, including chart of accounts and bookkeeping policies. Verify, allocate, and post transactions to subsidiary accounts. Reconcile subsidiary accounts and balance the general ledger. Prepare financial reports, analyze account information and trends. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and advise management on necessary actions. Maintain historical records and file documents. Contribute to team efforts as needed. Skills and Qualifications: Developing standards, analyzing information, dealing with complexity, reporting research results, data entry skills, accounting knowledge, SFAS rules, attention to detail, confidentiality, thoroughness.
