Requirements Summary The Production Technician is responsible for executing manufacturing-related activities in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and applicable environmental health and safety guidelines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate, start up, and shut down CNPS equipment effectively. Read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately. Maintain production areas in compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements. Participate in environmental, health, and safety programs. Perform scheduled cleaning and sanitation of production areas. Mix intermediates into finished product. Follow pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and documentation requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Other duties as assigned. Education and/or Experience Requirements High School Diploma (HSD) or equivalent required. 1-3 years of related experience preferred. Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is a plus. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. Hands-on attitude and willingness to learn required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Clear verbal and written communication abilities. Proficient with Microsoft Office preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with hand tools is a plus. Dependable and committed to continuous improvement. Physical Demands Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be available. Compensation $23-$25/hour, based on experience Consistent weekday schedule.
