Lawson Huck Gonzalez is seeking a highly dependable Legal Assistant to support attorneys in our fast-paced, multi-office law firm. This is an in-office position in Coral Gables and is best suited for someone who is organized, responsive, and takes full ownership of their work. The role includes managing multiple attorney calendars and deadlines, drafting and formatting correspondence and legal documents, maintaining case files, coordinating e-filings, monitoring incoming communications, and ensuring timely follow-up with attorneys, clients, and court personnel.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a law firm or professional office
- Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with e-filing in state and federal courts
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., in-office.
