What You’ll Do Drive new business through outbound calls, referrals, cross‑selling, and community networking Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies Conduct needs‑based conversations that uncover coverage gaps and lead to confident buying decisions Cross‑sell within the existing book to increase account depth and retention Follow up consistently on quotes and pipeline activity to maximize close ratio Build strong client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business Track daily sales activity and production to meet and exceed agency goals Licensing Requirements Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required. Life & Health license preferred. Candidates must be properly licensed prior to start.
