Multiline Representative (Sales-Focused Insurance Role)

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend appropriate insurance products

Identify cross-selling opportunities across multiple product lines (Auto, Home, Life, and more)

Follow up on leads, quotes, and customer inquiries in a timely manner

Support marketing and outreach efforts to generate new business

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and office goals

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sales-oriented mindset with a desire to meet and exceed goals

Ability to build trust and guide customers through decision-making

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is preferred but not required

Property & Casualty license required prior to start date

Life & Health license required within 45 days of employment

Full support and guidance provided throughout the licensing process
