Project Manager - Data Center Construction Hiring for Assistants, PEs, Superintendent, and Senior-level staff as well Location: Nationwide Travel Required (Midwest, Southeast, Texas & Dakotas) Compensation: $140,000 - $180,000 Base Salary + Annual Bonus + $5,500 Net Monthly Per Diem About the Opportunity A leading national Design-Build and General Contracting firm specializing in mission-critical and data center construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to manage large-scale, technically complex data center projects across multiple regions throughout the United States. The ideal candidate is a driven construction professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys travel, and has a proven track record delivering ground-up commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects. Responsibilities Lead all aspects of project execution from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and risk mitigation. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and performance standards. Drive project profitability while maintaining strong client relationships. Oversee change orders, cost reporting, forecasting, and project documentation. Support and mentor project engineers and assistant project managers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor. Experience managing large commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects. Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and project controls. Ability and willingness to travel extensively to project sites throughout the Midwest, Southeast, Texas, and the Dakotas. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
