Plumbing Service Apprenticeship Department: Plumbing Employment Type: Apprentice Location: Hingham, MA Description Minuteman Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is a growing residential service company serving Hingham and the South Shore. We're building out our plumbing service team and looking for a Plumbing Service Apprentice who is ready to learn the trade from the ground up. No plumbing experience required, just the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to develop, backed by paid schooling toward your license. Key Responsibilities Ride along with a licensed plumber on residential service calls Assist with diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, and drain lines Learn to communicate clearly and professionally with customers about the work being done Keep the truck, tools, and job site organized and ready for the next call Follow safety and code requirements on every job Attend required apprenticeship schooling and coursework toward licensure Build toward working more independently as skills develop Skills, Knowledge & Expertise No prior plumbing experience required, willingness to learn and grow in the trade Strong communication and customer facing soft skills Coachable, reliable, and eager to develop Fits our culture of doing right by customers, team, and community Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Benefits Pay for apprenticeship schooling toward your plumbing license Health and Dental Insurance 401(k) Retirement with Company Match Paid Time Off Tools and Truck support Paid Training and a clear path to journeyman #J-18808-Ljbffr Hire Right Recruiting
