Autism HOPE is a community based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency serving children, youth, and young adults ages 3-21. Required qualifications:

• Minimum of a Master's degree level
• Professional Liability insurance
• Favorable Clearances
• Licensed Behavior Specialist in PA
• Reliable transportation
• Spanish is a plus

General responsibilities:

• Requires working in homes, schools, and communities with children diagnosed with Autism as prescribed in the treatment plan
• Collecting and monitoring data to address needs of the child
• Serves as the lead clinician
• Response to emergency/crisis situations with team members and families
• Participates in required meetings, evaluations, supervision and training
• Completes all required clinical documentation
• Other duties as related and assigned
