What You’ll Do As a Healthcare Recruiter, you'll connect healthcare professionals with career opportunities across the country while partnering with clients to fill critical staffing needs. Responsibilities Include Recruit healthcare professionals nationwide Build relationships with candidates through phone, text, email, and virtual communication Source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process Manage your own pipeline of candidates and open positions Partner with sales teams to fill jobs quickly and successfully Use multiple systems while staying organized and meeting performance goals What We’re Looking For 2+ years of customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, teaching, or similar experience Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities Comfortable working in multiple computer systems Self-motivated, accountable, and driven to achieve goals

TRAINING, SCHEDULE & LOCATION

This is a local position based in Maitland, Florida . Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break. You’ll begin your career with in-office training , where you’ll learn our recruiting process, healthcare industry, and technology. After successfully completing your new hire ramp period , you’ll transition to a hybrid work schedule , working both remotely and from our Maitland office.
