Clinical Technician

Marshfield Clinic – Marshfield Children’s seeks a Clinical Care Leader to coordinate high-quality pediatric care across inpatient and outpatient settings. This role oversees daily clinical operations, supports multidisciplinary teams, and champions evidence-based, family-centered care. The Clinical Care Leader mentors staff, optimizes workflows, and ensures regulatory compliance, quality metrics, and patient safety standards are met. Working within a collaborative, patient-first culture, this leader drives continuous improvement, supports education and wellness initiatives, and contributes to innovation in pediatric care across central and northern Wisconsin.
