• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule with 35 clinical hours and 5 admin hours
• Competitive guaranteed base salary for first 2 years plus sign-on bonus
• 1:5 call ratio with surgery days starting at a half-day in the OR
• Join a team of 9 providers including specialists and optometrists
• Onsite and owned ambulatory surgery center with strong referral base
