Your work will help us structure financially sound, scalable partnerships that strengthen our business over time.Job Responsibilities:Analyze new partnership opportunities across Chase lines of businessBuild financial models to forecast performance and value potential partnershipsEvaluate valuation outcomes using sound assumptions and critical thinkingDevelop business cases and supporting materials for internal and external proposalsValue potential new co-brand partnership opportunitiesDevelop and enhance valuation models, tools, and methodologiesPartner with stakeholders across Finance, Corporate Development, and Chase lines of business to align on business needsManage multiple concurrent initiatives and deliver on timelinesCollaborate with the mergers and acquisitions team on due diligence for acquisitions and strategic investmentsPresent insights and recommendations to business and finance leadersRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline4+ years of experience in an analytical role (for example, corporate finance, strategic finance, or valuation)Experience building and maintaining financial models for forecasting and valuationKnowledge of common valuation methodologies and experience valuing companies or portfoliosExperience developing clear business cases and presenting recommendations to stakeholdersStrong written communication and presentation skillsAbility to research competitor offerings and synthesize findings into actionable insightsExperience partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomesPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Experience in investment banking, management consulting, or credit card partnershipsAbility to influence stakeholders and concisely articulate key recommendationsComfort working with ambiguous goals and evolving prioritiesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailSelf-directed approach to understanding business needs and challenging the status quo constructivelyAdditional InformationTo be eligible for this role, you must be authorized to work in the United States.
