You will be responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing and low slope metal. You will manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship. Duties and Responsibilities Roof maintenance and repairs Maintain professional interaction with all customers Manage commercial roofing systems, including completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, and assisting in training crew members as needed Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines Removal and installation of all types of roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tiles/shingles) Requirements Must be at least 18 years old 5+ years experience working on commercial roofing systems A valid driver's license Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly Must be able to work at varying heights and during a variety of weather conditions Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor, and co-workers Initiative, integrity, and adaptability Technology savvy Working Conditions Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise, and temperature Physical effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders; frequent lifting not to exceed 50 pounds Travel: Mostly local Tecta offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, paid holidays, etc. Tecta America is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Tecta America Commercial Roofing
