We are looking for an attentive Tenant Service Coordinator with relevant experience to support daily operations at a Class A commercial property in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This on-site role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing tenant support, administrative coordination, and building operations in a fast-paced real estate environment. The person in this position will help create a responsive experience for tenants while keeping property records, vendor activity, and operational tasks organized and accurate.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants by responding to questions, resolving service-related issues, and coordinating timely follow-up on requests.
• Oversee the flow of maintenance requests and work orders, ensuring issues are documented properly and routed to the appropriate building personnel or vendors.
• Organize move-in and move-out activities, including scheduling, communication, and required documentation to support smooth tenant transitions.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for routine work, inspections, certificate of insurance tracking, and general building support needs.
• Assist with day-to-day property administration by maintaining lease files, updating rent roll information, and preparing operational and financial reports.
• Support billing and collection activities by processing invoices, tracking payment-related items, and assisting with account reconciliations.
• Help monitor property budgets and administrative records to ensure information is current, complete, and ready for management review.
• Contribute to building readiness and safety efforts by helping communicate emergency procedures and supporting operational coordination across the property.• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative support or property management role.
• Prior experience in commercial real estate is required, with Class A property experience strongly preferred for consideration for more advanced roles.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and follow through on tasks with accuracy and consistency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience handling vendor coordination, invoice-related tasks, and general property documentation.
• Detail-oriented approach, sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and confidence in managing day-to-day office and tenant interactions.
