Pay & Commission $13.45 to $15.95 per hour. Commission structure allows up to 8% on transactions, with potential for additional hourly earnings. Auto‑enrollment in 401(k) program after 6 months. Access to pet insurance program. Position Summary Entry‑level, full‑time sales and pawn broker associate in pawn store locations nationwide. Responsible for customer service, sales, loan and retail operations, and maintaining shop compliance and security. Responsibilities Greet and interact with customers to build rapport and recommend solutions. Perform non‑management open/close procedures. Keep sales floor clean, stocked and display merchandise. Process sales and loan transactions per company policies and regulatory requirements. Handle cash and negotiable items in accordance with policy. Answer incoming calls per company standards. Communicate legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers. Collaborate with coworkers and managers to provide a positive customer experience. Complete required training. Perform related duties as assigned. Qualifications and Minimum Requirements Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Willingly work with firearms and obtain necessary certification. Minimum age 18 years. High school diploma, GED or equivalent. Strong desire to serve customers and work as part of a team. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Basic math skills. Cash handling experience preferred. Flexible to work various store locations. Accept flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays. Computer literate; able to operate POS systems and common office machines. Commission Plan Commission incentive plan is proprietary. Potential to earn 2‑8% commission based on gross profit of personal performance. Details provided during interview. Other Conditions Binding arbitration agreement required.
