Job Responsibilities Participates in multiple accounting advisory engagements supporting capital markets and transaction activities. Applies intermediate knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting requirements. Assists in preparing and reviewing technical accounting analyses and client deliverables. Coordinates engagement tasks and supports execution timelines. Collaborates with team members and specialists to support integrated service delivery. Identifies opportunities to improve engagement processes and outcomes. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent. 4–7 years of experience. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting concepts. Preferred Qualifications CPA or progress toward CPA. Experience supporting audit readiness or complex accounting initiatives. Additional Role Expectations Travel: Up to 25%. Peak Periods: Increased workload during active engagements. Licensure Progress: Progress toward CPA where applicable. At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
