Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes and standards. Coordinate with other site managers, engineers, and teams to ensure smooth project execution. Manage and oversee a team of ~100 electricians, ensuring their work meets quality and safety standards. Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for electrical components of projects. Handle mission-critical aspects of projects, ensuring all electrical systems are robust and reliable. Work on hyperscale projects, managing the electrical needs of large-scale, complex construction projects. Ensure all work is carried out safely, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures. Qualifications Minimum of 10+ years as an Electrical Superintendent in the construction industry. Proven experience on large-scale projects with budgets of $500M+. Experience in mission-critical data center projects (experience with EV, Pharma, or related acceptable). Strong site coordination skills. Ability to conduct cost analysis and manage budgets. Experience working in a Union (currently or in the past). Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations. Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
